Margaret has been painting a collection of familiar, iconic New Zealand farm animals and birds for years. These are now available as open edition A3 sized art prints.
The animals peer out with a dignified anamorphic gaze, fixing the viewer with a look that connects with their soul. The portraits show the animals proud and solemn against a white studio background, posing as if for a traditional sitting. Each is named which gives them a personality.
