Terms and Conditions of Sale

Packaging of your Order

Every care is taken with packaging your order.  You can feel confident that your order will arrive unbroken and undamaged. We pride ourselves on getting your order to you or the recipient without damage.  Where possible boxes will be used for added security. All A3 and larger size Prints will be rolled and placed within a tough cardboard cylinder.

 

 National Shipping and Delivery

For delivery within NZ, you should receive your order within 3-7 working days via Fastways Couriers.  Please allow an extra 2 working days for rural delivery.  If the product is not in stock we will advise on availability and delivery immediately.

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, our parcels are sent with a signature required at the receivers end.  We recommend a business address is used for delivery. We use signature required delivery to save on the possibility of delayed delivery, if nobody is home to sign for the parcel. 

If your delivery within NZ is urgent, please phone the Gallery before order is placed +64 (09) 480 - 9289, so we can ensure this is organised for you and the correct freight is applied.

 

International Shipping and Delivery

 All International orders, will be sent via New Zealand Post Economy Courier (delivery times may vary).  Orders may be subject to relevant taxes and duties once landed in certain countries, these shall be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods. As per our legal requirements, a customs declaration will be on the parcel, stating contents and value.

 

Returns Policy and Damaged or Faulty Goods

Goods may be returned only if they are defective, unfit for purpose or do not match the sample provided. Goods must be returned to Next Door Gallery within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase. They must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them in.  Goods are not eligible to be returned that have been damaged by the client.  Consumer Law in New Zealand states; Retailers do not have to refund goods, if customers have change their minds.

In the first instance we shall offer an in store credit valid for 12 months. We reserve the right to repair or replace goods being returned unless damaged in transit. Bespoke products specifically ordered or commissioned are not able to be returned. As some items are hand-made there will be variance due to the items unique nature.  We ask that you sign and check all goods on receipt as we cannot be held responsible once the chain of custody is broken.

Please contact us straight away if you are unhappy with your order.  We want to assist you with any issue immediately. Next Door Gallery will cover any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
