The Kiwi Critters is a fun, affordable, and easy to read series of short rhyming stories for children. The adventures revolve around classic Kiwi fun times such as picnics, parties, and sausage sizzles. And in Bruce Goes Home they use a bungy rope to make a slingshot to send Bruce, a very sad possum, back to Australia! Kids absolutely love these books and it doesn't take long before they learn to chant every line.
The books are designed so they are easy for little hands to hold, while the colourful illustrations and fun rhymes appeal to all. There are 6 books available in the series. Made in New Zealand.

Tumbleweed Onesies and T-Shirts are pretty special and we're thrilled to have them onboard. Each garment is designed and individually silk screen-printed by hand, then the water based inks are heat set. They are 100% cotton, but because of the finishing process of heat setting, you can even put them in the dryer! This business has a great big heart for conservation and we love that! We have the following Onesies available in white or grey marle, with sizes 3-6mths and 6-12mths.
The little bird and the little book that 'could' came to be. Thanks to our North Shore writer Sue Newman and illustrator Paul Willis. This is an Auckland story about our endangered Dotterel bird that thru its pages teaches children about the bird and the various landmarks around our beautiful city. Aimed at children 6-12 years old plus any bird lover could dip into its pages and lean something. Plus a percentage of the book's profits are donated to the dotterels' recovery. Written, illustrated and printed in NZ.
A fabulous trilogy about kids that like adventures by Auckland author James Russell… dreamed up in NZ!
The first book; The Dragon Hunters starts this epic adventure. The second in the series is; The Dragon Tamers. Followed by the third and final; The Dragon Riders.
The story alone is exciting and thrilling, but on top of that.. each book comes with augmented reality content! This means that you download a free app, then use the app in conjunction with the book... you can see and hear it come alive in marvellous 3D!
Each book available as Paper or Hardback and each personally signed by the author, with a lovely message to the child reading.
We're proud to be part of the release of the first chapter novel by James Russell. This is a fantastic story that carries on from the Trilogy of much loved children's books The Dragon Hunters, The Dragon Tamers and the Dragon Riders. The two young boys continue their adventures on an island that has its own Dragon, where living off grid is routine and being brave and resourceful is a must!
Plus the book comes alive with free app that you down load onto a smartphone or tablet. There are 5 pages thru out the book where it becomes reality .. Wow!
